- At least 4 years experience in broadcasting or related field
- Able to effectively communicate and interface with people in different levels
- Able to make spot decisions for glitch-free production
- Possesses above average oral & written communication skills
- Willing to travel
- With knowledge of the industry
- Computer literate
- Should have high level of energy and effective time management skills to handle work pressure
