LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER
- Graduate of Political Science, Philosophy, Business Administration, Psychology preferably Industrial Relations or Law (or at least has earned law units in Labor Law subjects)
- At least 3 years experience as HR Manager/Officer with major strengths in Labor Relations or IR, preferably gained in manufacturing setting
- With working knowledge/experience in labor relations, labor standards, etc. including practical experience in handling grievances, CBA negotiations, LMC and the like.
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Possesses leadership
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality of information
