Gavin Phoenix Kramer turns seven today and his celebrity mom Cheska Garcia-Kramer didn't miss the chance to greet him on social media.

In celebration of Gavin's birthday, Cheska penned a heartfelt message for her youngest on Wednesday, January 15

She also recalled the roller coaster of emotions she felt when she and her husband basketball player Doug Kramer, first learned that they're pregnant with Gavin.

I still remember the day I found out I was pregnant with you. That day I was with your Ninang @iyavillania, she came to visit me, your Ate Kendra and Ate Scarlett. While we were talking on the ground floor of our then home I saw all our helps eating chicharon and enjoying a litro of soda for merienda. I watched them and was salivating at the sight of what they were eating. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't eat pork (except for the skin of the lechon.) but, that day was an exception. I asked them if I could join them in their merienda--boy oh boy, did I enjoy every crunchy chicharon and every gulp of that cold, bubbly soda that I wanted more! When we were done I asked yaya Jun if he could buy me another bag of that R. Lapids chicharon and a can of soda, followed by, "bumili ka na din ng 4 na pregnancy kit." I finished everything in that bag and every drop in that can! Time to go up and check what's up with this crazy craving... I couldn't be pregnant because I just gave birth to Scarlett and still breastfeeding! I'll just check because, I am pranning like that... So, I thought! Your Ninang was with me in the banyo when I peed on the pregnancy test kit... Your papa downstairs with not a clue that I had a kit bought... I waited a few mins and before I looked at the tester my heart started racing- lo and behold my body said it best, CONGRATULATIONS, 2 PINK CLEAR LINES!!! I AM PREGNANT... AFTER about 4MONTHS into GIVING BIRTH!!! DOUUUUUUGGGGLLLAAAAAASSSSSS @dougkramer!!! Gavin, it was a roller coaster of emotions the day that I found out I was having another baby. I cried because I was happy and I cried because I was surprised. I just had a baby and in a few months another baby. No wonder why I was always sleeping on the floor of the gym that I was going to instead of working out with your Ninangs @zharabanal and @danicaspingris. Oh, Gavin! God knew I needed you! He surprised me with you! ❤️

She also revealed that just six months after giving birth to Scarlett Kramer, she was carrying a baby again.

“Your Papa downstairs with not a clue that I had a kit bought. I waited a few minutes and before I looked at the tester my heart started racing - lo and behold my body said it best, CONGRATULATIONS, 2 PINK CLEAR LINES! I AM PREGNANT... AFTER about 6 MONTHS OF GIVING BIRTH! DOUUUUUUGGGGLLLAAAAAASSSSSS @dougkramer!

“Gavin, it was a roller coaster of emotions the day when I found out I was having another baby. I cried because I was happy and I cried because I was surprised. I have a baby and in a few months another baby. No wonder I was always sleeping on the floor of the gym I would go to instead of working out with your Ninangs @zharabanal and @danicaspingris. Oh, Gavin! God knew I needed you! He surprised me with you!,” she ended.

The pair have three children - Clair Kendra, Scarlett Louvelle, and Gavin Phoenix.

In February 2019, Cheska and Doug revealed that they started their journey to getting pregnant with baby number four through in vitro fertilization (IVF) process.
