In her Instagram post she wrote, "Raising A Little Human Chapter VI: The Introduction Of Solids! Our favorite part!"

According to Andi, her youngest daughter Lilo is starting to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. She introduced smoothies as an enjoyable method for her child to consume healthy food.

"It's been a breeze so far, having Lilo taste test some fresh fruit and veggies we can get our hands on. So far- a baby-fied 'Green Out' (blend of kalamunggay, kale and mango or pineapple) from @shaka_cafes is her most favorite! Just like me and papa! I think smoothies are such a great way to have our children get in all that nourishment into their system."

Raising A Little Human Chapter VI: The Introduction Of Solids! Our favorite part! It's been a breeze so fat, having Lilo taste test some fresh fruit anf vege we can get our hands on. So far- a baby-fied 'Green Out' (blend of kalamunggay, kale and mango or pineapple) from @shaka_cafes is her most favorite! Just like me and papa! I think smoothies are such a great way to have our children get in all that nourishment into their system. I learned this trick from raising Ellie who is a picky eater. She is now 8 years old and knows it, which is why smoothies are also a fun way for her to make sure she stays healthy regardless of her “fear” of the taste of vegetables.😂 I've been trying to document Lilo's first food experiences and some methods we've been trying (BLW, etc) so that hopefully I can share them and my healthy recipes on our youtube channel! Give me a ❤️ or a 🤙🏽 if you'd like that! For the meantime, click link in my bio for our latest Vlog post 😂 PS. The way we feed our children is based on what we believe is best for our kids, but it is not to say that it is THE only right way.🤗 just because we aren't new parents, doesn't make us experts, we are also still learning. I share because seeing posts like these from other parents help me and inspire me so I just thought I'd do the same.😀
