“Siguro kung kaya, always look for a trainer. Someone who is willing to be there for you kahit na hectic ang schedule mo.”
Healthy food
A healthy lifestyle means switching to better food options.
“The food you eat matters. That's what I've learned. Hindi lang puro gym, kasi kailangan rin 'yung pagkain. Kasi fuel natin 'yun.”
Workout variation
Try various activities to make it more appealing.
"It's good to do other kinds of workouts: try different sports, try other adventurous things like hiking, or if kaya just join organizations or mga teams. Some people do marathons, some people do cycling kahit wala silang much knowledge but they learn from that. So that's something that I would recommend."
