
Kris Bernal shares her workout routine that helps in toning her abs.
In an Instagram video, the Kapuso star showcased her home workout session using only a pillow.
This is Kris's alternative to continue her fitness routine while we are under enhanced community quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to Kris's caption, she is sharing six exercises for the abs using a pillow as requested by her followers.
"You've all been asking me to share my workouts using available items at home! You ask and I deliver! This pillow workout is a killer! And, I became a lil creative with how I would name the exercises!"
Kris created some witty COVID-19 related names for each routine.
"1 minute each, for 2 rounds! Take it slowly, feel the burn, and have fun!"
Aside from this workout for the abs, Kris also showed different routines that are focused on other parts of the body.
Kris mentioned in a post the key to working out while in quarantine is creativity and the need to prioritize health.
"When you don't have weights or equipment, you have to get creative with ways to train at home. If you haven't been motivated to workout, do not feel bad. I've been in the same boat. I've only worked out once this week. But, there comes a time when you need to put that aside and prioritize your HEALTH."
