Health and wellness show Pinoy MD got Chef Ruben Ignacio Jr., executive chef of Ignacio's Catering, to share two easy recipes featuring superfoods. Check it out!

Do not be fooled by term superfoods--it is nothing more than a marketing buzzword to mean food rich in nutrients.

No single food item can give you all the nutrients your body needs. Still, they can point you in the right direction when it comes to eating right.

Health and wellness show Pinoy MD highlighted some of these superfoods and got Chef Ruben Ignacio Jr., executive chef of Ignacio's Catering, to share two easy recipes featuring them.

His Egg Curry features whole eggs which the show dubbed "nature's multivitamins" as they are full of high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals. Chef Ruben featured folate and calcium-rich spinach in his Cheesy Spinach recipe.
