She is suddenly reunited with her long-lost daughter Mikay, played by Kisses Delavin, who doesn't have an idea about her illegal side hustle. The film also stars McCoy de Leon, Kelvin Miranda, Joey Marquez, Angel Guardian, Lou Veloso, and Kiray Celis.
Just Mercy is based on a true story of a Harvard graduate lawyer who goes to Alabama to defend those who are wrongly accused of crimes. Award-winning actor Michael B. Jordan, portrays the lead role of Bryan Stevenson. One of his first cases is that of Walter McMillian, played by Jamie Foxx, a man on death row for the murder of an 18-year old girl. The movie also stars Brie Larson, who plays the role if Eva Ansley, the woman who believed and supported Stevenson.
The supernatural horror film is a modern adaptation of the 1898 novel The Turn of the Screw by Henry James. It's produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by Floria Sigismondi. Mackenzie Davis plays the role of Kate, a newly-hired nanny tasked to care for two seemingly disturbed orphans, Flora and Miles, played by Brooklynn Prince and Finn Wolfhard.
