At the age of 47, Alice’s fitness and beauty are at par with the young female celebrities of this generation.What could be the secret to her timeless beauty?

Alice revealed her dad had to do something with it.

“Secret, yes some. But really I’ve my dad to thank,” she said.

“He taught me every sport he knew – and if he  didn’t know he would find some one to teach me. Softball, skateboarding, basketball, gymnastics, sprint, volleyball, windsurf, skydiving, and most recently badminton and tennis,” Alice continued.

The actress also shared she was on UST’s swim team in her freshman year.

Alice concluded her post with some words of encouragement, saying, “Train your mind, train your body.”
