At a baby shower thrown in her honor, Kylie Padilla bared her heart when asked what her message is for her soon-to-be-born son.

In a short but touching clip, she opened up about how long she’s thought about being a mom and thanked her baby for the joy he is bringing into her life.

“I just want [you] to know that you are very much loved and I’ve been waiting a long time to have you. I think teenager pa lang ako, na-imagine na kita and ito na, parating ka na. Thank you for making your mom very happy ngayon pa lang. I love you,” she said.

Kylie, who is engaged to boyfriend Aljur Abrenica, is set to give birth this July.
