The Commission on Elections resumed voter registration last August 1 and will end on September 30.

In her message to her more than 2.8 million followers on Instagram, Jasmine stressed the importance of participating in the election.

She said, “It's been six years since I "suddenly" moved back to Manila, I finally registered to vote.

"For those who haven't yet done so, registration is until September 30. Habol naaaaa. Let's use our voices, rights and power as citizens for the better of our country.”
