Kyline Alcantara was happy and overwhelmed by the warm welcome that she received from the Kapuso Network. After signing a contract with GMA Artist Center, she got her first project with the network by portraying Cheska and Crisel in the primetime series, 'Kambal, Karibal.
Many are applauding her for being an effective kontrabida and said that she might bag a best actress award for her dual portrayal in the series
She was known for her antagonist roles especially in the Kapamilya drama series 'Annaliza'. She also starred in the 2015 indie film, 'Hamog', together with the award-winning Kapuso artist Therese Malvar.
The young actress said that she likes doing more kontrabida roles rather than leading roles on-screen. “ 'Di ako sanay na maging mabait [on-screen], mas sanay po ako maging mataray.”
