Gone are the days when families would have to leave their pets behind as they go for a vacation. With pets becoming part of more families, many establishments have opened their doors to companion animals.

Here are three pet-friendly hotels in Metro Manila to check out for your next staycation with your beloved fur babies.

Citadines Millennium

Pets are allowed in all rooms of Citadines Millennium, a serviced residence in Ortigas.

A guest is allowed to bring two small dogs or cats, but bigger pets can be brought in with management's approval.

A cleaning fee of PhP1,000 per day must also be paid on top of the room rates.

Citadines Millennium is situated along Ortigas Avenue in Pasig City.

Joy-Nostalg Hotel and Suites

Pets are allowed in all rooms, but not in public spaces, in Joy-Nostalg Hotel and Suites in Pasig City.

A guest may bring one dog with a maximum weight of 75 lbs and maximum height of two feet, or two cats, or a pet fish in a container not more than five liters.

Depending in the room booked, there is pet fee of PhP1,000 or PhP2,500 per night.

Joy-Nostalg Hotel and Suites can be found along ADB Avenue in Pasig City.

Hilton Manila

There are allotted pet-friendly rooms in the luxurious Hilton Manila in Pasay City. However, pets are not allowed in public places such as the pool, fitness center, or dining areas.

A guest can bring two dogs or cats with a maximum weight of 30 lbs each and must pay a one-time fee of PhP7,500.

Hilton Manila is along Newport Boulevard in Pasay City.

For all three hotels, a guest who intends to bring pets must have a prior reservation and must submit a fully accomplished pet waiver.
