Alden is prepping for his major concert 'Upsurge' this summer.

The Pambansang Bae Alden Richards is working hard to prepare for his major concert this May 27 titled Upsurge.

In an interview with 24 Oras, the prized talent of the Kapuso network wants to make sure that his fans will only get the best from him during his performance.

“Siyempre kailangan ng voice lessons eh hindi puwede mapahiya. One of major concerts so I will not let them down.”

Moreover, Alden together with his love team Maine Mendoza will fly to America soon for their Kalye-serye concert together with Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, and Paolo Ballesteros.

According to the Kapuso actor, “Abangan n’yo po ang kalye-serye sa US this coming April 9 po sa Pasadena Civic Center on April 9 and on April 12 po nasa Kings Theater po kami sa New York so kita-kits po tayo. Dadalhin po muna namin sa US and then who knows kung babalik agad sa Eat Bulaga.”

Alden also revealed that there will be a big twist in the high-rating primetime series, Destined To Be Yours, that televiewers should look forward to.

He explained, “Kulang pa 'yan, wala pa 'yan. Ako parang first time ko nagkaroon ng script na ganito sa soap opera na may ganitong klaseng twist, so abangan n’yo po kung ano 'yan.”
