And because of the hectic schedule that she's in, she doesn't have the time to change in between -- including grocery shopping.
In one of her stories, Heart can be found wearing a black Mark Bumgarner dress during the DKNY event where she paired it with her favorite nude Christian Louboutin pumps.
But as soon as the event is over, she easily changed her shoes into some comfy (yet expensive) Yeezy sneakers for a quick run at the grocery.
Fans of the StarStruck council member are familiar with the running joke that started early last year when her “Grocery OOTD” went viral over the internet.
