In Smile Train's official website, Marian revealed why she chose to be an advocate of the NGO. “A smile is such a precious gift. It can change lives. I was so pleased to hear about the great work of Smile Train in the Philippines. It was an easy choice for an advocacy I could support. I hope that, in my own little way, I can help Smile Train make a difference in the lives of thousands more who are in desperate need of cleft surgery,” said Marian.
