Kapuso fans in the province of Ilocos Sur had the rare opportunity to meet and greet their favorite celebrities in the Kannawidan Ylocos Festival.

According to govisitphilippines.com, the Kannawidan festival is a feast in commemoration of the separation of the two provinces of Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte by virtue of the royal decree on February 2, 1818. The festival began in January 27 and will end on February 12.

Some of our Kapuso stars were spotted at the festival including Mulawin star Miguel Tanfelix, Rita Daniela, and Kapuso TV host Bettinna Carlos.
