Kapuso teen actress Bianca Umali was tapped by World Vision Philippines as their newest Youth Ambassador For Education.

A press conference was held yesterday, March 7 to welcome Bianca to the World Vision family. Present during the event was World Vision Resource Development Director Jun Godornes.

World Vision is a Christian, relief, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice.

GMA Artist Center shared some highlights of the press conference on Instagram.

Moreover, the teen star celebrated her 17th birthday with the kids of World Vision.

Bianca will also be part of the Kapuso telefantsya series Mulawin Vs. Ravena. It was previously announced that Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Dennis Trillo, Heart Evangelista, Derrick Monasterio, Bea Binene, Miguel Tanfelix, Kiko Estrada and TJ Trinidad will be part of the show.
