The Kapuso star's double blessings include her Preview cover and her recent endorsement.
Aside from being Preview Magazine's cover girl for the month of April, Gabbi Garcia was also announced as Pantene's first Filipina Ambassador. This month has been more than good to the young Kapuso actress.
At her blogger's conference this Tuesday afternoon (April 4), Gabbi said that she has always wanted to appear on the pages of Preview.
"It's my childhood dream to be on the cover of a high fashion magazine and it's a rare opportunity to be on the cover of Preview Magazine [that] I've always read monthly. [Their cover girls] are all empowering so it's good na I'm identified with Preview. I'm so lucky, I'm so blessed," said the Kapuso actress.
She also shared that it was a no-brainer for her to do the cover when the magazine reached out to her, "When they inquired for my schedule for Preview, I said 'I have to do this, walang makakapigil!"
Gabbi expressed how grateful she is at the fortunate launch of her two new projects.
According to her, "It's so timely because the launching of my endorsement and my magazine cover, Pantene and Preview, was on the same month. Hindi talaga siya planado at all, God is just so good, it was all on the right timing."
What was the lesson Gabbi learned from her experiences?
"I've learned a lot! I've learned to never give up, I had my doubts, I'm young. Siguro it's just really believing in yourself and just trusting God. Everything fell in to place and it's my time now to do all of these projects. Sana more to come and I'm praying or continuous blessings. Right now, I'm very thankful, there's nothing more I could ask for."
Lastly, she gave a message for all the young dreamers like her, "Just keep on dreaming, have the proper mindset about everything. It's about being positive and strong sa lahat. As long as you know your capabilities as a person, never ever doubt yourself [and] never settle for mediocrity."
