Pasok sa top 20 semi-finalists ang adbokasiya ng pambato ng Pilipinas na si Laura Lehmann para sa ‘Beauty With A Purpose’ segment ng Miss World 2017.

Ang proyekto nitong milk bank para sa pediatric ward ng isang ospital sa Maynila ay isa sa top 20 contenders para sa naturang segment ng kompetisyon.

Tinutulungan ng programang ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ ng Miss World Organization ang mga kalahok nito upang makalikom ng pondo para sa mga napiling beneficiary nito. Napili ni Lehmann ang Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center's Maternity Ward.

Ayon sa kanyang video, mayroon na siyang pang limang-taong planong pagtulong sa naturang ospital. Prayoridad ni Lehmann na makumpleto ang mga kagamitan sa ward gaya ng milk pasteurizer at mechanical breast pumps.
