Based on the photo, netizens made their guesses, taking note of the two blue balloons and one pink balloon in the background. Some even emphasized the three liquor bottles in front of Paolo.

Paolo confirmed LJ's pregnancy to the public last August by sharing a photo of their first sonogram through Instagram.

LJ is currently into her 22nd week of pregnancy.
