Dawn Zulueta lauded Michael V. for his skill as screenwriter.
Michael V. always gets praises for his comedic talent and skill as a director, but Dawn Zulueta pointed out that the Kapuso comedy genius is also great writer if not one of the best.

Dawn lauded Direk Michael for having a 'clear vision' about the story of Family History during the grand media conference of 'Family History' held at the Novotel Hotel in Quezon City last Tuesday, July 2.
She said, “As a writer he has a very clear vision about where the story is going to go.”
Dawn added that it was 'refreshing' to work with a director who is open to collaboration.
She explained, “Yan ang gusto ko sa kanya even if siya yung writer, siya rin yung director, open pa rin siya sa suggestions.
“He is open that he'll say, 'I didn't see it that way I'm glad you point that out.'
“I think it's very refreshing to see in a director,”
Dawn also stressed that Michael V. is exceptional for having a keen eye for details.
“Just to add in life you know there's so much tragedy, there is also a lot of seriousness and just everyday things, but I think Bitoy [Michael V.] is the one that really sees that.
“He is able capture it also as a director, no one else but him can do that.”
