
Singer Ice Seguerra successfully delivered relief goods to the urban poor community in Mindanao affected by COVID-19.
Ice is currently leading Volunteer Corps PH, an organization focused on COVID-19 relief efforts.
He wrote on Instagram, "Lumalaki na po ang ating pamilya!
"I'm happy to report na nakakapagserbisyo na rin po tayo sa Mindanao. Howie Clavite leads VCP Lanao del Norte.
"Nakaikot na rin sila at nakapamigay ng goods sa ating mga kababayan. Simula pa lang po ito and we hope to reach more people in Mindanao.
"Hotmeal for the Heroes naman para sa iba't ibang health centers sa Muntinlupa distributed by PLt. Reynaldo Orcine Samson and his team.
"Salamat sa ating mga cooks today! My wifey Liza Diño-Seguerra and Ate Nadia Montenegro Pla!!! Makikain sana ako kaso bilang eh. Haha!
Ice also shared the very first relief operations they accomplished in Batangas, "We also had our very first medical mission in Binangonan, Rizal led by Dr. Melissa Sinchongco and Rior Santos with our mobile team led by Gat Mhaimhai.
"160 persons ang nakapagpacheck up at nabigyan ng mga gamot habang may 150 families naman ang nabigyan ng groceries.
He then thanked all the donors who reached out to help the mission, "Maraming salamat po sa ating mga donors for making this possible.
"Thank you also to our volunteers na walang pagod at walang tulog pero buong puso ang pagsisilbi.
"In order for us to continue serving our kababayans, kailangan po namin nang tulong ninyo. Malaking bagay po ang mga donasyon ninyo.
"Makakaasa po kayo na ang tulong ninyo ay makakarating sa ating mga kababayan.
"Again, maraming maraming salamat po!"
