KC Montero, aminadong nahirapan sa 'Kubot'

“Sure ba kayo?”

Ito ang naging reaksyon ni KC Montero nang maanyayahang magbigay-buhay sa katauhan ni Dom, kontrabida para sa ikalawang pelikula ng The Aswang Chronicles.

“I was quite surprised to get offered the role, when they said that they wrote the part for me,” patuloy niya.

Aminadong nahirapan si KC sa simula ng pelikula.

Bahagi niya, “Sabi ni Direk Erik, ‘KC, eto ‘yung scene na everyone’s gonna remember you by. It’s really an important scene.”

“In front of Erik Matti, and in front all these people in prosthetics in a Church, the scene is set, no dialogue. I’m trying to ad lib everything, I’m trying to make it up. I ended up writing my own dialogue kasi sabi nila, ‘KC, bahala ka na’,” patuloy niya.

Pagkatapos daw kunan ang eksena ay linapitan siya ni Direk Erik at sinabihang kalimutan ang lahat ng kanyang ginawa.

“Forget about what? I’m trying to remember everything and I don’t want to forget anything.’ But I got to the scene and afterwards, days later, ‘I could do that better.’ But they said it looked really good,” kwento ni KC.

Gayunpaman, ikinatuwa raw niya ang eksena.

“He lets me do whatever I want. That’s nice. He’s not hard to work with. He’s funny, we have the same sense of humor,” sabi ng aktor.

“It’s a big role for me, and for them to give me that opportunity, they have a lot of trust in me and I thank them for it,” pagtatapos niya.
