Ryan Cayabyab
Award-winning and renowned musician, composer and conductor Ryan Cayabyab has worked with many of the country’s best musical artists, entertainers and musicians. Through The Music School of Ryan Cayabyab, he continues to impart his extensive knowledge on piano, voice studies and music theory among others, to a new generation of Filipino talents. In To The Top, where he will serve as the main judge, he will certainly be the artists’ toughest critic.
Aside from his technical skills, Mr. C, as he is fondly called, endeavors to share the joy, exhilaration and fulfilment in music that he has experienced in his more than four decades in the industry. A firm believer that passion breeds excellence, he hopes to help students become outstanding Filipino musical artists.
For someone to make it in the music industry, Mr. C believes “he should have raw talent, be taught the tools, have the sincerity and fluidity to communicate with the audience and be different from everyone else.”
