The combined star power of GMA artists Glaiza de Castro, Ken Chan, Jak Roberto, Dave Bornea and comedian Tetay resulted into an explosive showing at the Kapuso October Feast in Singapore last October 22.

Separately, all five stars showcased their singing and dancing skills, which turned up the energy level in the Nexus Auditorium where the event was held. Every number featuring each Kapuso artist went over well with the crowd, with some members given the golden opportunity to join the stars onstage.

Versatile actress, singer, and songwriter Glaiza de Castro made a fan's dreams come true when she sang her a song and danced with her onstage. Kapuso heartthrobs Ken Chan, Jak Roberto, and Dave Bornea had the same tender moment with women from the audience, who were visibly swooning after being serenaded by the dashing actors. Tetay was in his element as he grooved with a group of male attendees to the tune of hit song “Baby Shark”.

At the close of the show, the Kapuso stars welcomed excited fans and StarHub subscribers to a short meet-and-greet session at the GMA Pinoy TV booth in the venue. GMA Pinoy TV served as the event’s exclusive media sponsor, and StarHub showed its support as a carrier of GMA’s international channels.

Aside from Kapuso October Feast, the artists participated in several activities which made their presence felt in Singapore. Prior to the event, the GMA artists went around Lucky Plaza to promote Kapuso October Feast to their kababayans. They also treated some of their fellow Pinoys to breakfast as a way of giving back to the community. Post-event, the stars paid a courtesy visit to the Philippine Embassy in Singapore, where they met with Ambassador Antonio A. Morales and got to know more about the plight of Filipinos in the foreign country.
