Executive Director 
College Degree of any social science course
Master's degree preferred but not necessary
Minimum of six (6) years managerial experience in a developmental organization 
 
Project Engineers 
Licensed Civil Engineer
Male, 23-40 years old
Has at least 1 to 2 years experience in housing/site development work & project management
Preferably with working knowledge in survey instruments and Autocad
Willing to work at the project site
Can do multi-tasking, dependable, can work on extended hours
With Professional Driver's license 
 
Warehouse Staff
Licensed professional driver
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of work experience in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management 
 
Project Staff  
Registered nutritionist  & registered social worker for now
21- 28 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, Sociology, Social Science or equivalent
Entry level position with at least one year of work experience in a related field
