Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo entered a not guilty plea to electoral sabotage raps leveled against her as she faced a Pasay City court for her arraignment on Thursday. Ferdinand Topacio, one of her lawyers, said the court proceedings lasted less than 30 mminutes because Mrs. Arroyo waived the reading of the charges against her.
