AlDub dominates Twitter anew as fans celebrate 'Imagine You & Me' premiere

Kilig continues for AlDub Nation as Alden Richards, Maine Mendoza, and their movie "Imagine You & Me" generate online buzz from July 4 to July 13.

The hashtags for the film (beginning with a countdown from eight days away, plus #IYAMTheGrandPremiere and #ALDUBImagineYouAndMe) generated 7.8 million tweets from fans.

Twitter's data shows that the frenzy peaked after the red carpet premiere on July 12, 10:26pm at 2,900 tweets per minute.

Weeks before the movie's opening day, Alden and Maine have been communicated with their fans through Twitter, sending their gratitude through numerous posts about the "gifts" they've prepared for their first anniversary as a love team.
