Ed Sheeran reschedules concert in Manila, Osaka, and Tokyo

Ed Sheeran fans in Manila, Osaka, and Tokyo will still get to see their favorite red-haired singer as his concert dates were rescheduled from October and November this year to April 2018.

Due to a cycling injury, Sheeran had to reschedule his Manila show at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds from November 7 to April 8, 2018.

Manila Concert Scene and Philippine Concerts announced that Sheeran's shows at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on October 31 and November 1 has been moved to April 13 and 14, while his Osaka-Jo Hall performance has been moved from October 25 to April 11.

Sheeran's shows at Taipei, Seoul, Hong Kong, and Jakarta however were cancelled indefinitely as the dates were supposedly impossible to reschedule for 2018.

"I'm really gutted that not all the postponed dates could be rescheduled and I'm working hard with my team to try and come back to these places as soon as I can to see all of you. I'm sorry to everyone who has been affected by this," Sheeran was quoted as saying. — Rie Takumi / AT, GMA News
