Former child prodigy Mikaela Fudolig gets into UP Law

A former child prodigy who graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Physics degree at the age of 16 got accepted into the University of the Philippines (UP) Law School.

Mikaela Irene Fudolig graduated from the UP in 2007 with a general weighted average of 1.099.

She was only 11 when she went to college under an experimental program to test the impact of gifted children entering a university on their emotional and social development. She was studying in Quezon City Science High School prior to that.

In November 2014, her article "Analytic Treatment of Consensus Achievement in the Single-type Zealotry Voter Model" was published in an international science journal.

Her latest feat would be passing the UP Law Aptitude Examination taken on February 7 for the school year 2016-2017.

The test subjects include communication skills, reading comprehension and vocabulary, critical thinking, and verbal and quantitative reasoning. —ALG, GMA News
