Bb. Pilipinas Q&A jitters? Some stumbles and a whole lot of honesty

Binibinis 35 Sandra Lemonon and 21 Anjame Magbitang stumbled in the Question and Answer portion of the 2018 Binibining Pilipinas Coronation Night on Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao.

Sandra opened the Q&A portion by admitting ignorance to the question about the government's Build Build Build Program.

“Actually I studied so much about this Q and A but this is something I don’t know much about. But at least I’m here trying to answer the question. Thank you,” she said.

Binibini 21 Anjame also choked on her answer during the Q and A.

Asked when one should listen and one should speak, Anjame had difficulty forming her answer until she stumbled to a stop. She failed to continue until the buzzer sounded.

Binibini 17 Ma. Ahtisa Manalo meanwhile stammered a bit and had to pause in her answer, but ultimately was able to recover and finish her statement.

Binibini 38 Karen Gallman’s answer disappointed much of the audience in the coliseum.

Asked if she thinks there should be a third restroom for transgenders, Karen “definitely” agreed.

She said that both women and men want privacy. Installing third bathrooms for transgenders would allow “equality and privatization,” she added.— LA, GMA News
