DOH to address chronic smoking among call center agents

The Department of Health is conceptualizing a program that would help address chronic smoking among call center agents.

According to a report on Unang Balita on Monday, the DOH said it is embarking on the program after many individuals from the business process outsourcing industry asked the department for help.

The DOH said it will conduct a study which will look into the smoking habits of BPO workers to identify the intervention measures that are needed. —KG, GMA News
