See this 8-year-old Calculus whiz kid ace through math problems

Meet Aristotle ‘Io’ Nikolai Calica. He’s the 8-year-old child who's gone viral after he sat in at a Math 54 class aka Integrated Calculus class in UP Diliman, easily answered the teacher’s questions, and amazed the college crowd. One of them was so impressed by Io that he recorded the boy, uploaded the video, and voila!

In a recent Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho, Io demonstrated what a genius he truly is. He often foregoes paper in solving these insane math problems and uses an elementary writing notebook to compute the square roots of up to 104 million.

The child says he is happy that he’s able to regularly sit in college Math classes. He even revealed that sometimes, his classmates would often look at his answers to the problems given.

“Marami pa akong hindi alam,” Io says, adding he’d like to learn about matrices, probability, statistics, transformations.
