If you caught Monday’s “24 Oras” broadcast, you’d know those earrings belonged to Lyn Ching, who gave it to Drew during their one-on-one before the event.

“I would never take the earrings off your back,” Drew said, after Lyn offered to give it to her.

“Are you serious,” the Hollywood actress said, when Lyn removed the pair to hand to her.

According to GMA's Nelson Canlas, the earrings were made by Filipino accessories designer Ken Samudio.

“I’m wearing the earrings!”, Drew Barrymore proudly declared as she approached the local media during the red carpet event of Netflix’s “Santa Clarita Diet” Season 2. The international superstar was referring to the set of white flora earrings made by Filipino accessories designer Ken Samudio given to her by GMA host Lyn Ching Pascual during their one-on-one interview earlier. @gmanews @lynching7

Ken Samudio is actually a biologist first before becoming an accessories designer, which explains why his designs hark back to nature.

The earrings seen on Drew is called Fleur, which he designed for the Matthew and Melka line.

Ken doesn't have any formal training, but he's been quite successful as a designer. On his website, we learned that  Vogue Italia named him one of the Vogue Talents for Accessories in 2014.  He was the only Filipino featured in their 50th Anniversary Issue. — LA, GMA News
