"The technical proposals of the eligible firms will be opened on December 7, 2017. These will be subjected to thorough evaluation by the SBAC," the BCDA said.

The SBAC is the Special Bids and Awards Committee for the Clark airport expansion project.

"Qualified bidders will then move on to the next phase of the bidding which is the opening and evaluation of financial documents scheduled on December 14, 2017," it added.

The project will be implemented by the BCDA under a build-and-transfer scheme.
