Cathay group launches Davao-Hong Kong flights

The Cathay Pacific Group over the weekend officially launched direct flights between Davao and Hong Kong.

According to the airline's website, its regional airline Cathay Dragon started to fly between the two destinations on Sunday, October 28.

Flights from Hong Kong depart at 12:35 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and arrive in Davao at 3:50 p.m. the same day.

Meanwhile, flights from Davao leave at 4:50 p.m. and arrive in Hong Kong at 8 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

"Davao is one of the biggest, buzziest, and most cosmopolitan cities in the Philippines — known for its prized durian fruit, colorful festivals, and spectacular outdoor adventures," Cathay said.
