Ayala Land Premier posts P3.9B in Jan.-Aug. sales

Luxury property developer Ayala Land Premier (ALP) on Tuesday said sales from its garden living-themed project in Taguig City reached P3.9 billion in the first eight months of the year.

It was a 46-percent increase from a year earlier, ALP Managing Director Mike Jugo said in a briefing in Makati City.

"Before the end of this month, we should be breaking P4 billion. We will hit targets," he said, noting that P4.5 billion was full-year target for 2017.

The sales were booked by Arbor Lanes, a five-block mid-rise development in Ayala's township ARCA South. The

Jugo noted 74 percent of all the units in the first three towers were sold in January to August, with the units to be turned over to the owners starting in 2018.

The last two blocks will start construction in the third quarter of next year. — VDS, GMA News
