Walang pasok: Areas, schools suspend Friday, Aug 10 classes


Though weather conditions in and around Metro Manila may have improved, some areas remain flooded prompting local government units to suspend Friday, August 10 classes.
 
Based on announcements from local officials and school authorities as of Thursday, 11:35 p.m., classes were suspended in the following areas:
 
NCR:
Makati - pre-school to high school, public and private
Mandaluyong - pre-school to high school, public and private Manila - pre-school to college Marikina – kindergarten to high school
Muntinlupa - all levels Navotas – all levels, public and private
Paranaque - all levels, public and private Pasay – kindergarten to high school
Pasig - all levels, public and private Pateros – all levels
Quezon City – all levels
San Juan - all levels, public and private Taguig - all levels, public and private Valenzuela – kindergarten to high school
 
Region 4A: Laguna - all levels Cainta, Rizal - kindergarten to high school Jalajala, Rizal - pre-school to high school, public and private Montalban, Rizal - kindergarten to high school Rodriguez, Rizal - all levels Tanay, Rizal - pre-school to high school, public and private Taytay, Rizal - kindergarten to high schools Region 3:
Malolos, Bulacan - kindergarten to high school Pampanga - all levels Balagtas, Bulacan - all levels Calumpit, Bulacan - all levels Hagonoy, Bulacan - all levels Paombong, Bulacan - all levels
Plaridel, Bulacan - pre-school to high school Pulilan, Bulacan - all levels San Ildefonso, Bulacan - all levels San Jose del Monte, Bulacan - all levels Region 1: Pangasinan - all levels and work in government offices  
Schools:
Adamson University - regular classes resume Monday, August 13
Ateneo de Manila - classes remain suspended in the AGS, AHS, LS, ASMPH, AGSB, and ASOG Centro Escolar University - all campuses Colegio de San Juan de Letran – Manila campus; office work as well; regular classes resume Monday, August 13
De La Salle University - Taft, Makati Extension, and Ortigas Extension, classes will resume August 13 Far Eastern University - Manila, FEU-EAC, Makati, Cavite, and Diliman campuses Malabon City University Malabon Polytechnic Institute Miriam College - classes will resume on August 11
Philippine College of Criminology - suspended until August 11 Philippine Normal University - Manila campus, all levels; office work not suspended Polytechnic University of the Philippines- all Metro Manila campuses San Beda College of Arts and Sciences – classes resume Monday, August 13 University of Santo Tomas - classes will resume August 13 University of the East - Manila and Caloocan campuses, all levels University of the Philippines Integrated School - classes will resume August 13 Classes resume However, some schools and a local government unit have deemed the weather to be good enough to resume classes. They have, for clarity's sake, made their intentions known through announcements. They are: NCR:
Las Piñas – all levels, public and private
