PNP opens hotline for leads on lady advertising executive's killers


Metro Manila police have opened mobile phone hotlines to handle leads on the killing of an advertising manager who disappeared in southern Metro Manila and was found dead in Cavite last weekend.
 
On its Twitter account, the Metro Manila police said informants can call Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) Kae at 0919-5375799 and 0916-4381170.
 
"Anyone who (has) important details regarding the case kindly contact our hotline," it said on its Twitter account.
 
The PNP used the hashtag #JusticeforKae.
 
On Wednesday, Metro Manila police head Chief Superintendent Marcelo Garbo Jr. said President Benigno Aquino III ordered his unit to solve the killing of advertising manager Kristelle "Kae" Davantes.
 
Davantes, 25, was an account manager of McCann Worldgroup Philippines' MRM Manila. She disappeared early Saturday morning and was discovered dead Sunday in Cavite.  — ELR, GMA News
