MRT, LRT to maintain normal sked but with tightened security during Undas

Commuters taking the Light and Metro Rail Transit (LRT/MRT) systems need not worry about shortened schedules this Undas (All Saints' and All Souls' Days) weekend.

The Department of Transportation and Communications said the LRT/MRT will maintain normal operating schedules and adopt tighter security measures, radio dzBB's Glen Juego reported Friday.

However, the two rail systems will also adopt tighter security measures during the Undas weekend, the report added.
