Two MRT-3 trains encounter technical problem
Two Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) trains malfunctioned early Wednesday forcing passengers to get off the train.
In a tweet, the MRT-3 said that southbound passengers were unloaded at 7:12 a.m. at the Santolan station.

Just a minute later, another train also experienced a technical problem prompting northbound passengers to get off at the Shaw Boulevard station at 7:13 a.m.

Both trains received a Category 3 status, meaning the trains were removed without a replacement or there was a cancellation of loops and insertion.
