Woman’s body found along Quirino Highway in Quezon City

A body of a woman was found along  Quirino Highway in Quezon City early Sunday morning.

DzBB's Divine Reyes reported  that the body was found in front of a gate of a vacant lot along the highway in Barangay Largo.

The body of the victim, believed to be in her 20s, bore bruises and was bloodied. Personnel from the scene of the crime operations (SOCO) have yet to do an investigation on the matter, the report said. 

A security guard reporting for duty at the gated vacant lot saw the body sprawled in front of the at about 5 a.m.

According to the report, the victim has long hair, and was wearing short pants and sando.

As of posting time, local authorities have already called in the SOCO to do an initial investigation. —LBG, GMA News
