Pasay concert thief nabbed

A woman was caught after stealing cellphones and wallets of concertgoers in Pasay City, early Sunday.

Police identified the suspect as Rina delos Santos, who was arrested after one of her victims confronted her in the middle of the concert.

Delos Santos was caught after one of her victims noticed her and confronted her.

The victims said Delos Santos placed their belongings in a garbage bag.
