Buendia-Roxas flyover temporarily closed after taxi crashes into plant boxes

The Buendia Avenue-Roxas Boulevard flyover in Pasay City was temporarily closed to motorists after a taxi smashed onto three plant boxes early Wednesday.
A radio dzBB report by James Agustin said another taxi, which was plying the route in the opposite direction, was hit by debris from the plant boxes.
Police identified the driver of the taxi as Rodolfo Espinoza.
The driver of the other taxi, Rodelio San Pedro, Espinoza left the scene after the accident and left behind his passengers.
Espinoza's taxi was removed from the flyover at around 2:20 a.m..
