Ban on ‘single’ drivers along EDSA draws out the hugots

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority's plan to ban single-passenger vehicles from EDSA during the rush hour struck a chord among hugot-loving netizens.

In a "Balitanghali" report on Friday, hilarious posts complained about how the traffic policy just added to the long list of hardships they had to go through for being "single."

"Sa EDSA na nga lang may 'forever', pinagbawal pa ang single."

"Wag niyo naman po akong piliting humanap ng jowa para lang makapag-drive ng solo sa EDSA... 'di pa ako nakaka-move on."

"Bakit ka nahuli sa EDSA -- Single po kasi ako. Ang lupit ng Mundo."
