Cabuay new chief of National Intelligence Coordinating Agency


MANILA, Philippines - President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has named Deputy Security Adviser Pedro R. Cabuay, Jr. as director-general of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency. The appointment was announced Wednesday by Executive Secretary Eduardo R. Ermita in a press briefing. Mr. Cabuay replaced Cesar P. Garcia, who formerly headed the Southern Luzon Command. His appointment papers were signed on July 30. - BusinessWorld
