Colombian President Santos lands in Manila

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos has arrived in the country to attend the Asia Pacific Economic Conference Summit and for bilateral talks with President Benigno Aquino III.

GMA News TV's Balita Pilipinas reported that Santos' plane landed at past 4 p.m.

Santos will attend the APEC summit as an observer.

In a news conference slated on Tuesday, Santos is expected to discuss Colombia's economic growth, on-going peace process, strategic partnerships with the Philippines, and the status of its application to be an APEC member-economy.

As the country braces itself for hosting some of the world's most influential leaders, here are some fun facts about the heads of the APEc's member economies.
