PARTIAL LIST

House members who voted against CHR’s P1,000 budget for 2018

With a vote of 119-32, the House of Representatives on Tuesday voted to reduce the 2018 proposed budget of the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) to P1,000.

House members stood up to register their votes to 1-SAGIP party-list Representative Rodante Marcoleta's motion to approve only a P1,000 budget for the CHR.

"There is no such record as voting was by ayes and nays, which was ultimately done with members standing to vote when the nays challenged the ruling of the chair that the ayes had it," explained Majority Leader Rodolfo Farinas.
