Gullas scion tops licensure exam anew

For the second time, Vincent Edouard Anthony Retardo Gullas, has topped a government licensure examination.

A University of Sto. Tomas graduate, Gullas topped the Physician Licensure Examination wherein 3,340 out of 4,064 examinees passed as he garnered a score of 90.50.

Five years prior, after graduating from Velez College in Cebu city, he also topped the Medical Technology Licensure Examination.

Gullas is the grandson of Talisay City, Cebu Mayor and former congressman Eddie Gullas and the brother of 1st District Cebu Congressman Samsam Gullas.

"Today, he brings us the same happiness we felt 5 years ago as the Physician Board Exam results are out. Number 1 yet again. Congratulations Dan!! So proud of you brother," the congressman posted on his Facebook account.

Mayor Gullas likewise posted his greeting on his own Facebook account, "My Grandson, Congratulations Dandan!!!"
